Insanely good, let’s make a traditional mojito with blackberries!

Recipe
2 oz Birch Gluten Free Rum
2 oz Club Soda
1/2 oz Lime Juice
3-6 Mint Leaves
3 Blackberries
3/4 oz Simple Syrup

Muddle, Limes, mint leaves, blackberries and simple syrup in a shaker. Add Rum and ice and shake for 15 seconds. Pour into a glass and top with club soda. Stir and garnish with mint leaves and blackberry.

The Birch tree is an elegant force of nature. The silvery-white bark looks sophisticated and graceful but under this beauty lies a strong, willfulness to grow where nothing else can.
